Program Design

For your overall product/ program design approach, Integrative Growth recommends a stage gate methodology:

DELIVERABLES

Stage 0:  Discovery, Ideation, Inspiration

Bring customer and market insight into a regularly held internal ideation process

Secondary Research: Cull market and trend data; read reviews of promising products and programs; analyze customer comments, evaluation reports and other relevant stakeholder feedback.

Monthly Discovery Document:

1. Synthesize market data

2. Identify desired benefits and barriers to fulfillment

Ideation session summary.

Gate 1: Idea Screen

Stage 1:  Scoping, Framing, Concept Development

Provide rationalization for new program or product  and model of success

1.    Prototype with shortlist of features and functions

2.    Survey instrument or focus group protocol

3.    Final report with options scored

Gate 4: Go to Test

Stage 4: Testing & Validation

Well designed pilot with similar treatment and control groups identified and pre-data collected for both.

Pilot evaluation to measure process effectiveness as well as benefits achieved.

1.    Evaluation report with recommendations to improve pilot design.

2.    If recommended changes are many or involved, may need to do more testing/validating prior to full launch.

Gate 5: Go to full-scale launch

Stage 5: Full-Scale Launch

Frequent stakeholder feedback to monitor progress towards goal.
