About Us
Integrative Growth, Inc. is a team of consultants with deep experience and diverse credentials across a number of industries.
Our clients span industries and sectors as well: energy and utility companies, corporate sustainability leaders, government agencies, not-for profits and small businesses in the new energy area.
At Integrative Growth, we apply systems-oriented, integrative thinking to drive sustainable growth. Integrative Growth consultants are available on-retainer in an advisory role, or as project managers to lead strategic and tactical efforts.
We are a certified woman-owned business and are passionate about designing strategies that promote sustainability.

As an organization, we make the following commitments to:
- Measure and minimize our carbon footprint
- Source responsibly, locally whenever possible, and from diverse suppliers
- Provide employee benefits that reflect our values: mass transit reimbursement, and a socially responsible 401k plan
- Meet with clients and partners by phone, web, and Skype to keep our footprint low, and to offset our flights and patronize green hotels when travel is required
